This job is for a Tech Support Engineer. You'll maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. You might like this job because you'll get to work with Windows and Linux server operating systems and provide technical support for escalated issues.

Job Description
  • Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
  • Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot hosting / email.
  • Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating system.
  • To check and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly backup being completed according to existing retention policy.
  • Provide technical support for level on escalation issues via helpdesk.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Job Requirements
  • Able to work rotational shift.
  • Familiar with operating system, such as Linux, and Windows.
  • Knowledgeable in hardware for PC, Server and Switching.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.
  • A highly motivated and innovative team player.
  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
