Able to understand and read 2D & 3D drawingsDetermine Bill of Material from the drawingsAble to perform rough shape cutting from the drawings and materialsMeasuring and constructing components out of raw materials through cutting, shaping, and grinding.Able to IT and assemble metal parts and subassemblies for the fabrication of pressure vessels and machineriesComply with operations, safety, and maintenance proceduresPerform regular maintenance and repair work and conduct diagnostic tests to determine the root of problems.Monitor the fabrication and assembly process.Developing specifications for manufacture, and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities and layout of plant and systems;Directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, and coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules;Liaising with materials buying, storing and controlling departments to ensure a steady flow of supplies.

Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
