Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all IT incidents and service requests, providing professional and courteous support via phone and email. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone, or through remote access tools. Website Content Updates: Regularly update and modify website content, structure, and minor functions as needed. Reports & Records: Prepare pentest and periodic reports and maintain a detailed website update record. Hosting & Domain Management: Set up, purchase, and renew hosting and domain services, including handling domain pointing and DNS management. Server Support: Provide support during server downtime, manage server resources, and ensure the server environment is suitable for website deployment. Maintenance & Security: Perform routine server cleaning, malware cleaning, and upgrades for Word Press cores and plugins as needed. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors to manage server-related tasks and ensure optimal performance.
