Job Function Other (Medical/Welfare)Industry Medical & Healthcare Job Description Perform relevant eye tests and treatment planning; Opportunity to assist Ophthalmologist in OT; Patient Education and support; Appointment scheduling for eye-check & surgeries; Occasionally assisting in marketing activities such as roadshows & carnival. There are days where employee will need to travel to other outlets to help/assist on certain matters (mileage claim provided)Requirement- Education Background : Degree in Optometry- Experience : Minimum 3-4 years experience - Fresh grad can try to apply- Certificate : Registered member of MOC (Malaysian Optical Council)Other Language Mandarin, English Benefit-EPF, SOCSO-Staff incentive (every month center hit target then will accumulate 3 months then pay). - Bonus will pay in March and June. 2 - 2.5 months bonus-15 days AL-Long service award (3 years and above)-Vision Correction (staff free & Family discount)-Staff discount for surgery (family)-comprehensive eye check up （staff and family free） -Insurance, Hospitalization, Accident Coverage-maturity (female 101 days, male 30 days)-general practitioner (GP) visit 300 per annum, if whole year no mc then will pay back staff RM300-Birthday leave (half day), if got spouse (spouse birthday also can half day leave）-Festival Leave(Eve day and angpao)-Mileage claim : RM0.60 per km (business trip)-Increment : Based on performance (must get, unless attitude problem)-Bonus-Training provided-If work up to 8pm, meal provided-Subsidiary RM100 per staff each center, and collect as pool money for team party
