  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage all HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits)
  • Oversee the full spectrum of recruitment and the hiring process
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with the Malaysian employment law
    skills & requirements
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience within Human Resources related fields
    • Well versed with Malaysian labour law
    • Experience in leading a team and developing the team
    • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

      You will be reporting to the General Manager
