about the job

  • To ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end project management
  • To come out with project level documentation (i.e., status reports, project plans etc)
  • Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, resource allocation and other related business measurements.
  • Create and executes project work plans and revises whenever appropriate to meet project's changing needs and requirements.
    about the manager/team

    You will be the person who plans, creates and manages the tasks on the project plan for the implementation of a specific ERP system assigned. You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with other Project Manager, Key Business Users, Functional & Technical Consultants within project implementation / enhancement role.

    about the requirements

    • Those who has experience in managing the implementation / enhancement of Infor Syteline / SAP B1 projects (from project management perspective) is an added advantage but not compulsary (any ERP system is welcome to try, preferably those ERP that core in Finance & MES/Production functions).
    • Those with at least 3 years of project management experience in managing the implementation of any ERP systems with at least 3 full cycle end to end implementation projects (project management) is an added advantage but not compulsary.
    • Those with global project experience in a global MNC, and familiar within a regional or global matrix structure is an added advantage but not compulsary.
    • Those with experience in any project management tools eg MS Project is an added advantage but not compulsary.
    • Most preferred ERP functions :
      1. Financial
      2. MES/Production Floor Processes
      3. MRP
      4. Sales
      5. Purchasing / Procurement
      6. Inventory Management


        about the salary & benefits

        • Only for MALAYSIAN or Expats with RPT / Public Resident that do not require VISA to work in Malaysia
        • up to RM 20,000 depends on experiences and skills (budget can be increased for those stellar candidate / who has earned more)
