About Our Client

Our client is a renowned player within the Manufacturing industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for an IT Support / IT Helpdesk (Korean Speaker) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

Job Description
  • Offer first and second-level support for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
  • Manage IT support phone calls and tickets within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Logging all phone calls using the Service Desk tool
The Successful Applicant
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Korean as you are required to deal with Korean employees and stakeholders
  • Minimum 2-3 years IT support, IT helpdesk, customer service or relevant experience.
