Position: Brand Specialist
Salary: up to RM8500 monthly salary + statutory contribution + Insured Medical Benefits
Location: CelcomDigi Tower, PJ Office
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities /Accountabilities
To assist Brand Lead in driving each market segment (youth/family/business) and support the overall brand strategy and portfolio management To integrate a 360 integrated plan working with relevant key experts from Media, Social, Digital, Brand Research as well as CGTM, Sales, Partnership and Business Owners To strategize the messaging arch and creative planning across different platforms as well as to obtain alignment from internal stakeholders To execute the integrated youth/family/business campaigns across various platforms and channels To work closely with Media team on the overall media strategy & execution plan as well as to drive media efficiencies & cost optimization To focus on brand building within each market segment category, increase brand appeal, considerations and conversions for the business, working closely with Creative & Media Agencies in the creation of creative & media ideas To be able to implement innovative/cutting-edge campaigns end-to-end for each market segment across various platforms and channels to position the brand as a market innovator to serve segment’s needs Lead campaign performance tracking, results and ROI on timely basis throughout campaign period for continuous learning and improvements in growing brand appeal and audiences Responsible for driving monthly/quarterly competitive review & draw learnings to help ensure the comms for each market segment remain relevant and differentiated To assist Brand Lead in uncovering segment insights and key learnings/innovative marketing and branding strategies To be able to lead discussion with senior leaders / stakeholders on campaign/comms direction and support key strategic initiatives as well as cross functional collaborationRequirements:
Strong brand and marketing background & experience Good understanding of media and digital marketing At least 5 years Brand Management or Category Management experience which include exposure in FMCG /Telco / Advertising Customer focused Strong project management and execution skills Strong business acumen and able to think strategically Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills-
