Account Payable or Account Receivable - Korean Speaking
work location: Bangsar south/ Sunway pinnacle
contract : 1 year and renewable basis
working hours: 9.30am -5.30pm
hybrid working mode

Main Accountabilities:

• Responsible for processing/ coding invoices in the Accounts Payable System on behalf of the client from basic to medium transactions.
• Timely processing of stock/non-stock, PO/non-PO invoices, also includes debit/credit notes and affiliate invoices.Reconciliation of various month-end reports.
• Responsibility for activities assigned by the Invoice Processing Lead.
• Processes transactions of medium to difficult complexity.
• Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
• Attend weekly cash call with management and provide timely follow-up on client payment update

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in related field.
• Prefer someone with experience in accounting, commerce, economic, procurement , finance role.
