  • Set the overall business strategies for the SBG and ensure all the Business Units within the SBG are aligned directly with the larger business strategies, goals and objectives of the SBG. Communication, alignment and execution of the overall strategy at all levels of the organization is a must. 
  • Lead long term Capacity Plan include develop the manufacturing vision and strategy to ensure a competitive advantage, scope international manufacturing opportunities to drive lower costs, and manage manufacturing network to meet the needs of the long-term planning forecast. 
  • Business development function shall focus in the development of new customers accounts aligned with the Group’s business development plans, including acquiring, developing and retaining the business portfolio to enhance the market share and competitive market positioning in the industry while maintaining a strong network of contacts with customers. 
  • Manage end-to-end Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) operations include regular touch points with executive level, driving accountability for commitments and action plans to meet or exceed deliverables, develop and implement robust manufacturing performance measurement and continuous improvement plans, effective cost management and support contract negotiations to enable long term vision and goals, deliver transformation projects and ensure compliance to quality program.
  • Lead, manage and develop team vision and long-term operating model to support business needs, provide thought leadership in the development of the team’s strategic initiatives and objectives/goals and to enhance our corporate culture and support the professional growth of individual. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management from time-to-time.

    Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Business/Operations/Engineering or similar. 
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience inclusive of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) manufacturing experience with multi-plant network responsibility. 
  • Must have demonstrated experience with evaluating and improving supply chain performance and effectively managing manufacturing relationships to drive performance in support of company objectives. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to effectively manage communications and expectations with the Executive team.
