They are currently looking for a highly skilled Pascal Developer that is well versed in developing using Delphi or Lazarus.

• Create innovative features for users.
• Construct reusable code and libraries that adhere to our coding guidelines for future applications.
• Verify the technical feasibility of requirements and designs.
• Enhance application performance for optimal speed and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into specifications and develop solutions with minimal errors.
• Aid in identifying all activities and dependencies during the planning stage.
• Promptly escalate any issues or delays.
• Ensure that solutions meet agreed-upon quality standards and adhere to our testing and release processes.
• Ensure the utilization of standard issue tracking system

  skills and expereiences required:

  • Strong technical hands-on experience of Pascal with atleast 5 years of coding expereience using Delphi or Lazarus
  • Extensive background in software development and related technologies.
  • Ability to tackle intricate problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
  • Sound grasp of relational database scripting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
