Partner with the bestAs Financial Reporting Analyst - Lead , you'll drive technical accounting compliance, internal controls, process optimization, and operational excellence to deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting.As a a Financial Reporting Analyst - Lead, you will be responsible for:Leading the charge, oversee monthly closings, internal reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance across diverse regions.Guiding colleagues on best practices, processes, and communication strategies.Analyzing and improving financial processes, maximizing effectiveness and minimizing errors.Partnering with functional managers to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.Taking on project leadership roles and guide junior analysts in their development.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and have at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the energy sector.Possess impressive knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.Able to thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively leading and motivating others.Able to be analytical and meticulous, you have a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.Able to excel at building relationships and clearly communicating complex financial information.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
