Job Responsibility Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and offering guidance on purchases. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the shop floor clean and organized, including dusting shelves, tidying displays, and maintaining cleanliness in customer areas. Cash Handling: Operating cash registers, handling payments, processing refunds or exchanges, and ensuring accuracy in transactions. Handling Queries and Complaints: Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex matters to management when necessary. Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to health and safety standards. Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, assisting with tasks as needed, and fostering a positive working environment. Learning Products: Staying informed about new products, promotions, and sales techniques to better assist customers and meet sales targets. Performing stock selection and packaging tasks for online orders and ship out within reasonable time. Maintaining honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job. Job Requirements Education : Minimum SPM Must know how to use computer Willing to work on minimum of 2 weekend a month. (Off on weekdays) Working Hour 9am to 6pm (Lunch Break 1 Hour) Job Benifits EPF & SOSCO & EIS Biannual Performance Bonus (June and Dec) Annual leave (12 days) Annual Increment Customer Service, Cash Handling, Teamwork, Packaging
