  4. Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales targets by increasing the UPT & ATV and returning customers.
  5. Ensure Store Opening, Closing, and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands.
  6. Proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins, and any items within the store at all times.
  7. Directly involved in working with the inventory & merchandising team to ensure the floor inventory and stocks are with no losses by conducting stock counts and receiving.
  8. Being the Company representative by complying with Brand standards.
Job Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/O Level/STPM/A Level, in any field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Highly motivated with good insight into customer service.
  4. Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
  5. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Willing to work according to retail hours, on weekends, as well as on public holidays.
