An organisation is searching for a Director within Globalisation & Digital Learning, please see some of their job details below.
Responsibilities: Globalisation (International Marketing)- To formulate international strategic marketing planning including market positioning and competitive analysis, market segmentation, selection and penetration plans for SEGi.
- To identify the potential international market and demands and to develop brand awareness about SEGi internationally.
- To develop and implement international marketing plans, policies, procedures and systems to enhance sales efficiency.
- To work closely with the senior management to develop and manage channel and international partners' strategies and programmes.
- To analyse international market trends, anticipate market changes, and devise international marketing development strategies based on the data collected from marketing research.
- To define and implement digital learning strategy, ensuring an educational experience for students, in digital education.
- To spearhead digital transformation initiatives and lead the integration and continuing innovation of digital technology/ digital learning experience.
- To develop and implement/ execute, and review SEGi's digital strategy in line with the evolving digital landscape.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders to shape the strategy to embed digital learning across the curriculum, enhance student experience and classroom technology.
- To actively promote digital literacy and drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the SEGi Group.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field with 8 or more years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
- Keep informed and updated on trends in the global marketplace.
- In-depth knowledge of global markets, understanding regional variations and market dynamics
- Keen interest in acquiring knowledge on the latest changes/ trends in the global market.
