-Conveyancing clerks are required to assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing documentation and paperwork and online submissions including Developer Projects, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, Discharge of Charge, Deed of Receipt & Re-Assignment and other conveyancing related matters as and when instructed.-Able to communicate with all parties including clients, bankers, agents, developers and various government bodies, etc. -Regularly monitor and follow up the status of all ongoing property transactions to ensure that each file progresses according to the established timelines and legal requirements.-Able to prepare status report and update work progress/status to all relevant parties.-Able to perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.Other Requirements1. Candidate with minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.2. 0 to 2 years of conveyancing experience / Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.3. Willing to learn, hardworking, meticulous, responsible, teamwork and positive attitude4. Guidance and support will be provided to help you understand and navigate your responsibilities.5.
