About Our Client

Its business nature encompasses corporate services, including company formation, corporate governance, compliance, accounting, tax advisory, and other administrative support services.

Job Description

Administrative Matters
- Update the Client Tracker as needed, allocate work to staff, prepare and review invoices, and support Directors in collecting receivables.
- Mentor and coach staff, conduct evaluations, organize training and seminars, assist with office administration, and ensure adherence to standard transfer pricing procedures.

TP Assignments
- Draft and review proposals, client acceptance forms, kick-off meeting slides, and interview questionnaires, and participate in interviews for FAR Analysis.
- Review comparable searches and financial statements, draft and review TP Documentation and Comparable Study Reports, manage due dates, address review points, and ensure completeness of deliverables.

TP Advisory Work
- Draft and review proposals, research and advice, liaise with the IRB on audits, manage deadlines, address issues with the engagement team, and ensure deliverables are complete and documented.

Other Tax Work
- Assist with corporate tax compliance and advisory tasks as needed.

Training
- Attend and prepare for training sessions, revise materials, and conduct staff training as required.

Guidance and Supervision of Staff
- Provide clear job instructions, discuss technical points, monitor progress, and address any issues to ensure efficient work performance.

The Successful Applicant

- A minimum of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CIA) or equivalent is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is needed.
- Must possess a strong understanding of:
- Transfer pricing provisions in the Income Tax Act 1967
- Malaysian Transfer Pricing Guidelines
- Transfer Pricing rules
- OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
- Global Transfer Pricing developments
- IRB clarifications on transfer pricing issues.
