Job Purpose

Responsible and accountable for the safe, efficient & effective execution of the Project Operations.

Job Description
  1. Manage a small team or autonomous work based on Project scope.
  2. Support on both technical work execution and commercial aspects as required.
  3. Offshore attendance based on Project requirement & Schedule
  4. Maintaining good communication through project team.
  5. Supervises the preparation of operating principles and procedures for the project scope.
  6. Performs engineering reviews and analyses when necessary
  7. Provide the VDT standard installation methods and develop reliable solutions as per set scope.
  8. Ensuring operational & engineering constraints are considered for the selection of installation methodology.
  9. Maintaining high level of standard & consistency throughout the set deliverables.
  10. Providing guidance, developing, and ensure continuous improvement & consolidation of lessons learnt.
  11. Efficient delivery of key set documents for offshore operations spanning mobilisation, offshore operations and demobilisation of all offshore work front required to support set project scope.
  12. Attend risk reviews and HSE mitigation plans in coordination with associated disciplines & scopes.
  13. Reviews other engineers’ work and provides appropriate guidance and training when necessary.
  14. Mentor and train engineers to industry trends and company set standards.

You are meant for this job if:

  • University engineering degree
  • Significant experience in Subsea Operations and Installation Engineering (min. 5 years)
  • Possibly professional registration by Engineers institution, depending on local regulation.
  • Strong and proven management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent risk identification skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in professional English.
  • Multi-discipline exposures within projects.
  • Strong analysis/Problem Solving.
  • Knowledge of discipline IT tools.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing that experience.
  • Eagerness to invest in others.
