Processing orders and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.Handling day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients’ billing issues.Facilitating prompt payment of invoices by sending reminders and contacting clients.Conducting monthly stock count and reconciliation.Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as needed to provide timely financial reports and analyses. 

Minimum LCCI/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with knowledge of computerized accounting systems.Fresh graduates are welcome.Strong integrity and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication.Exceptional planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.Self-motivated.
