Junior Salesperson

Candidates can achieve up to RM5,000++ commission if sales target reached.Job scopes:- Attend to walk in customers and provide consultation- Meet / exceed sales target- Use digital platforms to promote/find potential buyer for high-end furniture and home decor- Attend to customers' inquiries about products- Accountable for stock losses and stock variances-To convert walk-in customers into paying and loyal customers- Perform general housekeeping to create a pleasant shopping experience / store ambienceRequirements:1. No experience needed. Training will be provided3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team4. Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energised, independent, pleasant personality with a good attitude5. A commitment to excellent customer service6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English7. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers8. Experienced using computers for a variety of tasks9. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point10. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment11. Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts (Be flexible in taking different working shifts base on business operation needs)12.
