They are currently on the search for a highly skilled Technical Architect to join their Digital Solutions Hub. Joining them, you will be working with various stakeholders, working in discovering and arcitecturing the best complex solutions and uncovering the best technologies to be used.

job description

  • design, create, build, and deliver quality software products for external and internal applications.
  • research into different technologies in order to identify the best one for best optimisation and scalability for various existing and brand new digital projects
  • create proof of concepts
  • engage with various stakeholders both external and internal to understand requirements inorder to create the best solutions
  • lead continual process improvements in areas like unit test, code review, CI/CD and other
    engineering initiatives that improves observability, resiliency and scalability.
  • establish engineering best practices and culture among the team members.
  • participate incode/architecture reviews.
  • communicate high-level strategies and technical details effectively across teams and departments
    including with senior stakeholders.

    skills and experiences required

    • atleast 10 years of experience in delivering enterprise applications and/or SaaS products utilizing diverse technologies like .NET, MERN stacks or Java.
    • hands on professional experience in architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools, demonstrating effective application leading to successful completion of internal and external projects.
    • strong, in-depth technical skills and knowledge of different technologies, platforms, programming languages and architectural platforms.
    • demonstrated experience in architecting high-performance ystems with portfolio of projects that required scaling, load balancing and optimisation, handling large volumes of transactions and data processing with minimal latency.
    • skilled in performance tuning, bottleneck, analysis and resource optimisation.
    • experience in designing, developing and deploying large, scalable production applications on cloud/Paad platforms and containers, such as AWS or Azure
    • experience in modernising monolithic architecture to Microservices architecture, including hybrid
      architecture (monolithic/Microservices).
    • experience in DevOps principles and practices with a track record of integratinng .Net build and deployment pipelines with a Kubernetes environment using CI/CD tools.
    • proficiency in implementing monitoring and logging solutions for applications in Kubernetes.
    • working knowledge in networking pertaining to Kubernetes such as service meshes and network
      policies.
    • Experience in designing, implementing CI/CD pipelines to drive automation to achieve better quality product
    • Proficiency in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, and automation testing
      tools such as NUnit, xUnit.
    • Deep understanding of source code control management systems.
