Forklift Mechanic

TTS Machinery Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Mechanic/Technician to join our team at our location in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This is a full-time position in the Others/Maintenance sector, with office hours work schedule.

As a Forklift Mechanic/Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various types of forklifts and other material handling equipment. You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine maintenance on forklifts, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
- Performing diagnostic tests to identify mechanical or electrical issues
- Repairing or replacing faulty parts, such as engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
- Testing equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance
- Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and supplies

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills. Previous experience as a forklift mechanic or technician is preferred, along with a certification or diploma in a related field. Knowledge of different forklift brands and models is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are also important qualities for this role.
