Work you’ll do

 

As a Manager in the RMD office, you will in a part of Deloitte and the role has a primary focus on drive internal operational excellence through the successful execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.

Main responsibility includes:-

 

1.Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
  • Execute projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones within defined timelines.

2.Operational Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and systems, working closely with stakeholders to implement improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for streamlining workflows and optimizing resource allocation.

3.Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Consulting Regional Managing Director and other key stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and successes to senior management, fostering a transparent and collaborative work environment.

4.Resource Management:

  • Coordinate resources across various departments to ensure the successful execution of special projects.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

5.Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in consulting and project management.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of internal operations.

Requirements

 

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

  • 6 – 10 years of working experiences in total, Consulting and projects experiences preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on internal operations or special projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
