With a commitment to delivering high-quality financial services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager / Audit Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Accounting Manager / Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and audit functions for our clients in the SME space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both accounting and audit, with a focus on delivering exceptional financial services to our clients. This role also presents an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong business development skills, as there will be a profit-sharing component based on the candidate's ability to contribute to the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Accounting:

    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for SME clients.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

    • Audit Management:

      • Plan and execute audit engagements for clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
      • Review financial statements, internal controls, and other audit documentation.

      • Business Development:

        • Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the SME sector.
        • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

        • Team Leadership:

          • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
          • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team.

          • Compliance and Risk Management:

            • Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards.
            • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

            • Profit Sharing:

              • Actively contribute to business development efforts.
              • Eligibility for profit-sharing based on successful acquisition and retention of clients.

                Qualifications and Skills:

                • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
                • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
                • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and audit, with a focus on SMEs.
                • Strong business development skills and a proven track record of client acquisition.
                • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
                • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and auditing procedures.
                • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
