Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' performance during interviews, provide feedback, and assist in making informed hiring decisions. Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process. Talent Pools: Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs, fostering long-term relationships with top talent. Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Requirements: Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition. Strong understanding of corporate roles, responsibilities, and skill sets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
