- Lead a team of developers working alongside Business Analysts towards the successful delivery of projects/ product features.

- Ensure that development tasks are meeting deadlines and coding method is following best practices.

- Lead integration and/or design discussions with internal teams (business requirements alignment with data and frequency intervals), and external teams - customers and vendors (integration methods and edge conditions).

- Be well-versed in software development methodologies, code merge processes, technical documentation, software deployment (code and database) and maintenance processes.

- Skilled in software testing methodologies (preferably phpunit) and quality control processes, as well as system design and architecture, integration approaches and methodologies.

- Accurately assess technical feasibility and identify out of scope changes/ technical requirements.

- Effectively manage tasks and resources for the full lifecycle of projects implementation.

- Perform code sampling of subordinates and provide guidance, constructive feedback, and mentoring to junior engineers.

- Effectively collaborate with non-technical team members (e.g., customers, product owners, business analysts, etc.) The Successful Applicant

- Possess minimum of a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree, with skillsets in PHP, Linux, JavaScript, PL/SQL and SQL.

- Has minimum 3 years working experience as PHP Developer and understanding of Linux commands, client-server interactions, security and performance pitfalls.

- Has led a technical team for at least 1 year with proven code sampling methods and guided on optimum coding and practices.

- Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Can present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

- Is experienced with client handling and conflict resolution. What's on Offer
