About Our Client A globally recognized shared service centre. Job Description Handle intercompany transactions, including the issuance and recording of billing, debit notes, credit notes, and invoices. Execute month-end and year-end closing and reporting tasks, such as intercompany confirmations, reconciliations, and income/expense accruals. Provide audit support by addressing queries and requests related to intercompany transactions. Ensure all intercompany transactions are processed in line with agreed procedures and timelines, and comply with applicable accounting standards. Identify and escalate any gaps to enhance daily operations and improve SLA for month-end and year-end closing and reporting activities. Support the SSC's goal of achieving 100% paperless operations by redesigning controls, practices, and processes. Assist the Manager with process-improvement projects and contribute to their success. Handle any additional ad-hoc assignments as needed. The Successful Applicant Degree in Accounting or Finance with CA qualification. Over 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. At least 2 years of experience working at a public accounting firm (candidates from Big 4 firms are highly preferred). Preferred knowledge of SAP.
