We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our finance team.job responsibilities:1. Data Entry and Record Keeping Maintain accurate and updated financial records. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.2. Accounts Payable and Receivable Manage accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, verifying amounts, and ensuring timely payments. Handle accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.3. Reconciliation Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Reconcile supplier statements with company records to resolve discrepancies. Financial Reporting4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.-Generate and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.5.-Provide administrative support to accountants and other financial staff.-Administrative Tasks6. Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents. Handle correspondence related to financial matters. Compliance and Procedures7. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.-Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.with budget preparation and monitoring.8. Handles creditors queries on any matter pertaining to their accounts Requirement: Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Business Administration or any other related qualification. Able to converse in English/Bahasa Melayu Friendly and outgoing personality Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (ability to create and use spreadsheets, basic formulas).
