Our client is a software company.
about the role
They are currently looking for a TA Lead to join the team in response to their growth. You will be supporting the end to end talent acquisition process, employer branding and employee engagement activities. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:-
- Build the best team of talents by attracting, engaging with and selecting the right candidates.
- Take a keen interest in growing companyâs EVP through Linkedin, social media and participating in job fairs and career events
- Act as a guide for new employees by ensuring a smooth onboarding process so that new joiners settle in well
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and come up with new ways of attracting talent
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the VP, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of recruitment experience. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
