Work you’ll do

 

Job Description:

 

  1. End to end process of raising invoices to Deloitte SG
    1. For legacy engagement codes (or WBS); ensures that Deloitte SG is set up as the biller and payer. (contact the Engagement teams)
    2. Raises invoices to Deloitte SG (or prime) who use the provision of services by DRSC
    3. Tracking of invoices raised by Biller group to ensure all are raised correctly
    4. Following up with the respective Engagement Partners/Managers to approve invoices from DRSC to Deloitte SG
  2. Checking/managing the WBS to ensure that all codes have been raised correctly.
  3. Checking the WIP time in MY vs WIP time in SG, to mitigate mismatch due to SAP or legacy issues
  4. Managing and updating rate cards, getting approvals etc.
