  • Lead and manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry to final submission.
  • Develop and maintain tender schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and propose mitigation strategies.|
  • Maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any queries related to tenders.
  • Conduct post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients as required.
  • Conduct market research to understand current trends, pricing, and competitorsâ strategies.
  • Maintain records of all tender submissions, including outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of Quantity
    Surveyors

    skills and experience required

    • Minimum 15 years in tender management, preferably within the civil construction industry.
    • Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant roles
