Group Finance Head (Public Listed Conglomerate)About our Client This public listed company is a conglomerate with businesses in various industries, especially Property Development, Plantation, and Hospitality. They also have other smaller businesses in Manufacturing and Services. Due to their team's expansion, they are looking for a Group Finance Head to join their team. Responsibilities Your role as the Finance Head at Group level will handle the overall finance function with a focus on stakeholder management and Group Reporting. Aside from this, you will also oversee Finance Controlling and Corporate Finance for their active businesses. This role will manage a lean team and will be building the capabilities of your reporting line. You will report to a Group CFO that will oversee the entire Group Finance. As this role has high visibility within the business, it is crucial to manage internal reporting and have a strong understanding of Statutory Reporting such as Bursa Announcements and Quarterly Reports. Skills And Experience Required This role requires applicants to have 15-20 years of experience in a role similar to this in a Public Listed Company environment and possess professional accounting qualifications such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, and a member of MIA. You will also ideally have experience in Audit with a Big 4. It is not compulsory to come from the Property or Plantation industry, but having exposure to a conglomerate with businesses in various industries would be advantageous.
