Job Description

Open Position: Piping Engineer (MNC Thermoplastic Piping Company)

A MNC Thermoplastic Piping Company is looking for a Piping Engineer to be based in Selangor office.

Key Requirements
  1. Conduct material take off and product selection via printed or digital drawings.
  2. Perform 2D and 3D CAD design of pipe spool, skid, and fabrication drawings.
  3. Perform project cost and material estimation and drawings during tender stage.
  4. Generate proposals with material take-off.
  5. Perform design review on drawing from customers.
  6. Interpret engineering drawings (P&ID, isometrics).
  7. Material and fabrication inspection.
  8. Liaise with other departments like procurement, warehouse, and sales team.
  9. Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  10. Basic knowledge in piping.
  11. Previous experience performing material take-off on piping.
  12. Able to work under tight deadlines and willing to work as a team.
