To plan and execute new, creative, exciting ideas to attract new visitors, which may cover from thematic campaigns, promotion activities, special events and roadshows. To explore with all media agencies on advertising medium available for lease and to strategize effective advertising plan for the Mall. To generate revenue through leasing of advertising space and promotion spaces available in the Mall to tenants and external parties. To manage the social media as a channel to publicize and maintain brand identity. To work closely and develop a strategic partnership with tenants and partners eg. banks, multinational corporations on joint/cross promotions. To monitor the effectiveness of all promotions held is consistent with the image, positioning and brand identity which the Mall wants to project. To plan and organize Corporate Social Responsibility programs that benefit the Mall and the surrounding community. Requirement Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Creative Multimedia, Advertising or relevant studies. Must be able to communicate very well in Bahasa Malaysia and English. At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity. Working experience in a shopping mall, retail or event management will be an added advantage. Work Location: Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru.
