Aesthetic Therapist

To monitor and maintain room, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are tidy, clean, sterile, and in good working condition pre and post-treatment.To assist doctors in clinical procedures;To perform facial service according to standards set by the company;To ensure client satisfaction and comfort during and after each treatment;To provide professional skin analysis and recommend a suitable range of skin care products to existing and prospective clients;To achieve sales targets with a team;To keep client up to date with latest skin care product and facial treatment information;To provide high standards of client service;To build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure client retention;To assist in checking and maintaining treatment inventory and supply;To handle client requests and inquiry when necessary;To record client concerns and propose treatment plans in the client treatment card; andTo assist in ad-hoc clinic activities.To adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

Possess at least 1 year of working experience in the beauty industry.Excellent hands-on skills with eye for detailsAbility to work independently.Positive attitude and responsible character.Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.Prior working experience will be an added advantage.Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
