As a Teacher Support Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in equipping our teachers with the resources and tools they need to bring the ACE pedagogy to life. Your efforts will help create dynamic learning experiences that prepare students to thrive in the real world. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinating replacement teachers for absent teachers. Liaising with absent teachers on their lesson plans for their classes to be provided to the replacement teacher. Support the Academic Department in preparation of lesson materials. Ensure that stationery, tools, and teaching materials are stocked up and available. Tracking Teachers’ attendance – latecomers, absentees, time-off, sick/emergency/no-pay leaves. Tabulate of Teachers’ monthly teaching/mentoring/replacement/etc hours for accurate numeration. Manage the upkeep of the pantry. Purchasing and stocking up on biscuits, snacks and drinks, etc. Liaising with suppliers and vendors of equipment in the teachers’ room i.e. printers, stationery, food supply. Requirements and Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel. Interpersonal and communication skills. Accuracy of information and attention to detail. Good organisational skills. Emotional intelligence and management. Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
