Corporate Legal Firm, Jalan Ampang Kuala Lumpur more than 15 years require a person to fill up Admin Account daily tasks. She also ensure that accounts receivable and payable are taken care of in a timely manner. She often have to contact clients and vendors to achieve these tasks, as follows in office. - Responsible for office daily admin work.- Provide administrative support in HR tasks, particularly in managing tasks related to internal office and clients- Experienced in performing day-to-day accounting duties, including data entry, expense tracking, and payment processing.- Responsible for receiving and verifying billing and requisitions for goods and services. - Competent in ensuring accuracy and integrity in account transactions and maintaining organized financial records.- Proficient in reconciling intercompany accounts and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.- To maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting record.- Skilled in assisting with the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation.- Support Senior Executive as and when needed.- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage tasks with minimal supervision.- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments.
