Job description

Responsibilities:

· Full ownership of New Product Introduction for Testing to ensure flawless production release and time to market for NPI products

· Main driver for Cat2 and Cat1 NPI projects, drive project from TGA as starting point to production release with good team work across various parties including NPI assembly, test operations, test engineering team, suppliers, planning, IE, cBEMT, division, Product engineering, Quality team etc.

· Complete TGA for all new product FG in timely manner and keep track for all open items defined during TGA analysis

· Proper documentations for all projects including meeting minutes, PCMS documents, qual plan, qual reports, checklist following respective SOP for each project category.

· Involve in technical discussion and be a key contributor to drive for best suites/options for BEMT in term of quality, operation & maintenance, robustness, standardization etc.

Profile

Requirements:

Testing & Process knowhow

- Good understanding on definition of complete test cell including tester, handler, manipulator, docking system, test jig, sockets, finishing.

Communication/Project management skill

- Good communication and presentation skill to drive meeting with operations, divisions, and suppliers

- Project management skill to drive and close project in timely manner, define project scope, responsible person for each task, project timeline and risk management

Statistical knowhow

- Software tools data elaboration

- Main statistical concepts such as mean, cp/cpk, sigma

- Production data elaboration for robustness and monitoring
