Back End

Responsibilities:

Design and development of the rollout plans of the global cyber security strategy for the Nexperia manufacturing back end(BE)environment​

Liaise closely with the Global Manufacturing Security Architect to ensure successful rollout of the cyber security strategywith the BEenvironment.​

Liaise closely with the Front End (FE) Manufacturing Security Project Manager to ensure successful rollout of the cybersecurity strategyglobally.​

Liaise closely with the factory stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of the cyber security strategy with the BEenvironment. Maintain this relationship to maintain and further enhance the security posture within the BE manufacturingenvironment.​

Provide project management capability for relevant assessments and other activities within the BE manufacturingenvironment​

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of IT and OT cyber security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO27001/2, IEC 62443 etc.)​

Experience of managing cyber security projects within a manufacturing environment​

Experience of stakeholder management​

Experience of the semi-conductor industry highly desirable​

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills​

Good communication skills, ability to liaise with business partners​

Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints​

Open minded, ready to accept new challenges​

University Degree in Information Technology or similar​

5+ years of experience in a Project Management role​

Travel required (APAC – China and Philippines)​

Fluent in English​
