HR Compliance Master Plan (User Access Right, Data Deletion

Specific Knowledge & Skills



Master's Degree or Degree preferably in HR Management/Business Administration
At least 5 years’ experience in HR Operations/generalist with min 3 years at a supervisory level, preferably with exposure in multinational companies.
Preferably with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and HR Information Systems.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, prevailing HR practices and the Malaysian job market.
Independent, tactful, with high levels of initiative and integrity.
Proactive, organized, resourceful and meticulous in work.
Strong people skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
Good problem solving skills and resourceful.
Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications – MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
Good written and spoken skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
