POSITION SUMMARY

As a Digital Media Manager you will be responsible for trafficking, revenue growth, campaign strategy and performance analysis for all our markets running on social/biddable platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat & LinkedIn or/ Google Search, Display, Youtube, Programmatic, UAC etc. This position will utilize highly developed communication skills, a core understanding of online advertising and analytical skills for investigating campaign metrics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all advertiser campaign strategies, setup and execution, trafficking, reporting and optimization for the Strategy & Performance team using our advertising technology platforms.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Execution.Develop campaign execution strategies for Bath & Body Works with new ideas; test, iterate and optimize to find incremental improvements on existing campaigns Campaign Trafficking. Create and manage campaigns derived from the Bath & Body Works marketing team. Social & Biddable Advertising Expertise. Regular research and education to fully understand and stay abreast of social media and Google advertising ecosystems through individual research and company training Campaign Maintenance. Investigate and manage all systems to keep up-to-date with the most recent campaign information (bidding strategies, ad testing frameworks, targeting details, etc.) Revenue Growth. Pinpoint opportunities for current advertiser campaign growth and improvement. Partner with the Bath & Body works marketing teams in all markets to identify and execute growth opportunities with existing advertisers

Our ideal candidate will have the following factors: 

5-7 years of experience in a digital media or digital operations role at an online/tech company, media agency or any brands A certified expert on both Google & Facebook advertising platforms BS mathematics, statistics or engineering graduate preferred Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel Well versed to online advertising pricing models (CPA, CPV) and advertising metrics (CVR, VTR), planning and strategy Hands-on experience in campaign trafficking within Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Programmatic or a real-time bidding environment or auction system preferred Experience with DBM, Google Analytics dashboard, Adobe tracking mechanism, DCM tracking, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochawa etc. not limited to above
