Main Responsibilities

Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests. Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs. Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor. Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises. Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.

Hours

Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and/or afternoon shifts Part-time: minimum 4 hours per day, able to work on weekdays/weekends and public holidays All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company. No retail experience are welcome to apply Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
