CBU Planning & Delivery

1. To set-up complete (CBU) vehicles management control procedures within the whole company operation from principal CBU acceptance, handover to delivery.
2. To work closely with customers and suppliers to execute the principal complete built-up (CBU) vehicles delivery planning as to meet the customer demand & requirements.
3. To plan, execute and manage principal complete built-up (CBU) vehicles delivery planning for delivery and scheduling to Vehicle Distribution Center (VDC) Kulim.
4. To receive, review and distribute the principal complete built-up (CBU) vehicles documents such principal CBU Vehicle Delivery Order (VDO), principal CBU Transfer Advise (TA) to transporters.
5. To follow-up, monitor, review, check and verify principal complete built-up (CBU) Vehicle Delivery Order (VDO) sheet summary and updated by subordinate to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
6. To receive, monitor and maintain principal complete built-up (CBU) vehicles database.
7. To coordinate, monitor, review, check and verify Porsche complete built-up (CBU) vehicles handover process and activity performed by subordinate to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
8. To maintain, revise and establish new procedures should the need arises for improvement in principal complete built-up (CBU) vehicles management and documentation flow.


CKD Legal & Regulation Matters 

1. To meet legal and regulatory requirements on declaration, storage and movement of CKD shipments (body and trim components) between port until production premise or areas specified under related acts, regulations and requirements. 
2. To assist on redeem, refund or drawback claims application to proper section of legal departments for CKD shipments with constant follow-up on the approval status.
3. To coordinate in resolving day to day internal and external customers for non-compliance and non-conformity matters in relations to CKD shipments declaration, storage, delivery, vehicles manufacturing/assemblies, quality, claim and replacement components, consumables and etc.
9. To assist legal approval, liaise with relevant departments, coordinate legal inspection and prepare report for CKD Porsche scrap disposal activities. 
10. To assist during regulatory agencies inspection and audits or visits with proper inter-department coordination. 

CKD Supply Chain

1. To set-up complete CKD management control procedures within the whole company operation from CKD kits shipment planning to the assembly plant for production.
2. To monitor and follow-up the status of CKD shipment delivery status thru sea freight or air freight to ensure production and customer satisfaction.
3. To monitor and track the progress all activities in relation to declaration dutiable CKD shipments.
4. To coordinate, monitor and implement procurement method to ensure uninterruptible supply of CKD shipments for production runs from external or internal sourcing.
5. To follow up on all the incoming throughout declaration, storage and delivery of shipments for any uncertain problem or issue arises.

CKD Operational Control

1. Monitoring the Monthly Stock Report and any other report as required by immediate superior from time to time.
2. To follow-up, monitor, review, check and verify Internal Claim Form (ICF) database monitoring updated by subordinate to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. To follow-up, monitor, review, check and verify Self Annoucement and Return Delivery related to CKD.

CKD & CBU Problem Management Process

1. To monitor CKD daily activities related to part claim management and related processing system such Pro-CKD, principle portal etc for any updates, sharings, announcements and feedbacks.
2. To follow-up, monitor, review, check and verify claim document for CKD and CBU physically submitted and database monitoring by subordinate to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. To review, verify and communicate CKD and CBU part claim including warranty to all respective interested parties before proceeding and appeals on claim decline or rejected case with document resubmission and counter communication. 
4. To monitor daily activities assembly of CKD at production line for any claim or damage parts and CBU at the parking yard for delivery.
5. To attend, coordinate and manage any issues related to CKD and CBU from the point of arrival, storage, claim, warranty, nonconformance, insurance etc.
6. To attend external and internal meeting or discussion related to CKD and CBU matters such complaint etc.
