JR44030 Sr EFA Module TechnicianResponsibilities and Tasks
Perform Debug and Failure Analysis Support device analysis using SLT (System Level Test) test platforms and diagnostic software. Extract, analyze, and report SLT data as necessary. Provide the categorization of OSI electrical and visual failures and apply the correct failure criteria as set forth by the IPC-A-610 industry specification and Micron Global Module Assembly workmanship standard. Collect error log and update SIT database Escalate the issue to day crew. Support engineering evaluation Support Engineering Checkout OSI FA related Programs Support engineering evaluation Assist in Training related matters Identify training needs and assist in knowledge and skills sharing with the rest of technicians. Technicians identified as subject matter expert are to assist in training other technicians and trainers for fanout to operators. Enforce Quality Standards Understand Micron and customer quality standards. Identify and assess situations that may not comply with quality standards. Communicate the issue to the appropriate audience. Adhere to and Promote Safety Identify and promptly report hazards. Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper PPE, lockout and chemical safety. Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers’ and company guidelines. Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner.-
