Beauty Trainer

(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

To conduct training to dealers and provide support to achieve company goals.To work closely with other education team members to define the learning objective, method and training materials.To deliver technical training and product training as per schedule at HQ office.To coach and guide dealers’ staff on both skill and retail training at dealer outlets.To evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered and follow up on post-training. To support promotional roadshow and company’s events from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least CIBTAC / CIDESCO certificate or relevant discipline.At least 2-3 years’ related experience, preferably those from beauty / skin care industryGood communication and people skillGood complexion Computer literatePossess own transport and willing to travel extensively during weekends when requiredAble to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
