The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporation or registration of new Sdn.Bhd. Companies and other entities
  • Drafting of Director / Members' resolution 
  • Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents
  • Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documents
  • To lodge annual returns and other matters with SSM and any other government agencies, as and when required
  • Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation
  • Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required


The Profile

Qualification

  • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in corporate secretary is preferred
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
