Job Title: Intern, Technical

PositionOverview:

As a Technical Intern, they will become an integral part of the Technical team that offers anopportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing process learning, handle laboratoryexperiment and mini project. The intern will work closely with technician and technical staff toassistthemincarryingoutlaboratoryactivityandproject,learnonthemanufacturingprocessandstep. This internship is designed to provide the intern with a comprehensive learning experiencewhile allowingthemto apply technicalandtheoreticalknowledgeinapracticalsetting.

Task:

1) Laboratory work: Carryoutlaboratorytests,followingestablishedSOP,onrawmaterials,dipping solutions and finished products and relevant work as per project protocol/ad hoctesting.

2) Data Analysis: Perform data collection, analysis and visualization to draw meaningfulinsights fromtechnical experimentsordatasets.

3) Technical/Research Support: Assist Technical team members as and when requiredduringlaboratoryexperiment,planttrialorvalidationperiod.

4) Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of technical projects,undertheguidanceoftechnicalspecialist.

5) Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and technical specialist on experiment andmonitoring studies (laboratory or manufacturing area) to contribute to the success ofongoingprojectsanddaily troubleshootingtask.

6) Documentation: Plan, execute and document results of tests and analysis, producingtestreportwhenevernecessary.

7) SafetyandCompliance: Adheretosafetyprotocolsandensuremaintenanceofhousekeeping standards in the laboratory environment, compliance to the company’sGMP,hygienerulesandotherdosanddon’ts.

8) Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced professionals and mentors within theorganization.

9) Others: ToobeyCompanyrulesandregulations,disciplinaryproceduresandanygeneralinstructions issuedbymanagementfromtimetotime.

Qualifications:

·Pursuingadegreeina relevantfieldsuchasChemistry,Polymer,ora relateddiscipline.

·Havingknowledgeandexperienceinhandlinganalyticalinstrument(Surfacetensiometer,Tensometer,FTIR,Profilometer)isaplus.

·BasicunderstandingofMicrosoftofficetools.

·Basicunderstandingofstatisticalconceptsanddataanalysistechniques.

·Excellentcommunicationskillstoconveyfindingsandinsightseffectively.

·Self-motivated,eagertolearn,andable toworkindependentlyaswellaspart of ateam.

Duration andCompensation :
