Responsibilities

Responsible for productions - in-process inspection, quality, efficiency, losses & products despatch Responsible for the mill maintenance - Planning, preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance Supervising and controlling workers daily activities in the mill ensure according to procedure and requirements Investigate any non-conforming related to process, maintenance, despatch, grading etc and provide recommendation for improvement Responsible for assisting Senior Mill Manager/Mill Manager in human development, performing the duties and responsibilities related to mill daily operations Requirements Degree in Engineering, hand-on experience/training in the oil mill maintenance system Fresh graduate / relevant experience in Palm Oil mill Industry are encouraged to apply Willing to be based in Sabah and relocation Possess analytical and troubleshooting skill in mill processing and carrying out mill maintenance Possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
