Project Title:

Centralized QA Inventory Storage Location Management

Description:

Project to setup a centralized location for all Hold Inventory in Component Test

Scope:

Engage with Inventory, Manufacturing & WIP Bank team to setup the Centralized QA Inventory Running UAT of the system after the setup Data collection and analysis during the setup

Supporting Team:

Inventory Team Manufacturing Team WIP Bank Team

Deliverables:

Able to setup the Centralized QA Inventory system Physical inventories able to be transferred in MAM flawlessly between Test & QA Facilities Training needs fulfilled to the operating inventory teams

Stretch Goal:

Create a workflow and update documents for the Centralized Inventory System System trigger through MAM Report for lots unable to transact and aging.
