Maintenance a Fleet of Vehicle

To service the vehicle on due date in reference to the (green card) vehicle maintenance and Servicing Card and update the next service on the card To highlight to the immediate superior if any vehicle need to be rectified and repaired To shuttle cars for washing, top up petrol at the respective service stations Occasional washing in cases of immediate need and polishing the cars as and when required To ensure that vehicles are clean and in good condition before checking out the vehicles To transfer cars to user or from one station to another To attend vehicles breakdown as and when required To prepare a Vehicle Check List if the vehicle is ready for check out to customer and place it at the designated location. In addition, the respective vehicle should be tagged with ‘White’ card. To assist the Fleet Supervisor in preparing a ‘red’ card if the checked in vehicle required a car wash and top up. Followed by raising a Vehicle Movement Record To perform the half yearly routine inspection on the vehicles as and when required. To ensure that the vehicle is with a valid road tax at all times.

Security and Feature of Vehicle

To conduct a physical check of the idle vehicle(s) at the car park before 0900 hours and report any discrepancies to the immediate superior at once. The ‘morning’ check of vehicles has to be documented in a book/red card with the car condition (either clean, dirty, or due for service), existing km reading and level of petrol. To check the level of battery water and tire pressure at least twice a week To ensure that the vehicle(s) is properly placed with the Hertz Standard Stickers i.e. No 1 Sticker, Road Tax Disc with valid road tax, Puspakom Sticker with next due date, “Do Not Litter” sticker together with “Non Smoking” sticker. All vehicles front windscreen, back windscreen and 2 quarter glass at the backseats are engraved with vehicle registration number. To ensure all the vehicles parked at the car park are properly locked at all times. To ensure that vehicle keys are handed over or returned to a Hertz staff at all times It is a must that the vehicles are properly parked even at the customer’s place or public area to avoid summon charges for illegal parking To handle the vehicle with care and should not at anytime drive the vehicle above the speed limit or under the influence of drugs or intoxicating liquid or substances.

Delivery & Collection of Vehicles

To deliver the vehicles to customer based on the information given by the Fleet Sales Coordinator or immediate superior To conduct a physical check of the leased car with the user and have the user’s acknowledgement on the Vehicle Check List. To deliver or collect vehicle and conduct a transfer services both local and outstation locations. To ensure the Vehicle Check List is properly completed and signed before and after check out of vehicles.

Others

Any other jobs as instructed by the superior Adhere to all company’s procedures and Hertz International Standards. To submit claims relating to company’s business twice a week for reimbursement

To submit the overtime claim to the immediate superior for approval not later than the 5th of every month
